Mission
The Intellectual Property Management & Technology Transfer Division mainly assists in commercialization assessment of NHRI R&D outcomes, intellectual property right deployment, as well as licensing and technology transfer of intellectual property right.
- Commercialization assessment and competence analysis of NHRI’s R&D outcomes.
- Conduct trademark and patent deployment planning, application, and management.
- Assist in licensing and technology transfer of intellectual property.
- Assist in risk management of intellectual property right infringement.
- Provide intellectual property right related consultation.
- Provide R&D outcome commercialization consultation.
