- A natural person who can prove a technology or a unique entrepreneurial concept.
- Companies that have an authorization or cooperation contract with NHRI are eligible to apply for priority.

NTD1200/per square feet (per month)，no including public space.
Water and Electricity costs
Laboratory NTD500/ per sq ft (per month), Office NTD105/ per sq ft (per month).
Guarantee deposit
3 months rent
Virtual stationing plans
The virtual station is billed annually, NTD30,000 per year.
Procedure
育成中心進駐流程。申請人備妥文件，經過審議委員會同意後，
即可於三個月內進駐育成中心。
